Incentives don´t only mean to get out of the office, to forget the daily routine and some exciting days with friends and colleagues. They also motivate and bind together. An incentive is no “off the shelf” trip. It is about special moments, the common experience and lasting memories. As event agency and DMC we already organized events in Amsterdam, Vienna, Prague, Barcelona, Berlin, Hamburg, Füssen and, of course, in our home city Frankfurt.
Events
As Frankfurt DMC we start by scouting the the right location up to event scheduling and organization. We design, plan and realize show productions, motto events, product representations, meetings and congresses as well as trade fair, gala or roadshow events in B2B sector. We provide all services from design, technics, furnishing, video and graphics contents as well as event apps.
Event Themes
We produce events that you can´t get “off the shelf”. The daily life is forgotten at the door step. We create an exciting and bewitching scenario for your guests. Design, catering, message, and experiences are customized and will amaze your guests by their target-orientated used surprising moments and top show acts. We infuse the evening with a theme through a storyboard-protected schedule without overstraining your guests.
Entertainment
Entertainment has to entertain, move and fascinate at once. We provide you with only the best bands, top acts and show productions. Booking and entertainment belong to our key business since 2001. We belong to most experienced companies in the sector with over 600 organized concerts.
Film and graphic
We offer you an extensive range of products with image films, event trailers, mapping and show movies for your next event. Not only we work with the most talented camera people, we also have our own graphic factory. We design and produce appealing customized special constructions, design elements and event decors by real artists.
Web and app
Not only are we paying attention to have appealing surfaces and an intuitive usability, we also know the trends and master the latest techniques. Event apps like our Guest Management System (web app) as well as our conference app (native app) are specially programed apps for conferences, incentives and client events.

Yes, we also deliver digital and hybrid event formats – including technical setup, entertainment, guest activation and content adaptation.
We are a European event agency based in Frankfurt. We operate wherever you want to reach your audience. We have already organized events in cities like Frankfurt, Berlin, Leipzig, Hamburg, Munich and on the Mountain Zugspitze, as well as abroad in Amsterdam, Zurich, Budapest, Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Barcelona and Antwerp.
Our team is experienced in working with international guests and is fluent in English. All communication and program elements can be delivered entirely in English upon request.

Absolutely. Especially for outdoor events, we always plan an alternative weather or emergency option. We also work with venues that are well equipped for events and have facilities that can handle unexpected situations. That way, we ensure your event runs smoothly, even under challenging conditions.
Collaboration & Process
We begin with a non-binding introductory meeting to define your goals, requirements and expectations. Then we assess feasibility, develop a concept and break down the budget based on services. We accompany you closely, reliably and personally throughout all project phases.
The earlier, the better. Ideally 6 to 12 months in advance, depending on the project size and location. However, we’ve also successfully delivered strong results on short notice.
Not at all. Whether you have a vague idea or a clear briefing – we meet you where you are and develop a creative, tailored concept from there. It helps if you have an approximate budget in mind so we can plan efficiently and propose realistic ideas from the start.
You’ll have a dedicated project manager by your side from start to finish. We keep you updated, think proactively, act responsibly – and are always available when you need us.

Budget & Costs
The cost of an event depends on its format, size, location and service scope. If you don’t yet have a defined budget, we’ll guide you based on your ideas, goals and desired framework. Together, we’ll find the right solution.
The event budget includes all individual services such as location, technical equipment, catering and furnishings, as well as our fee for concept development, project management and communication design. All costs are broken down transparently – for maximum clarity and trust.
