Accor celebrated the relocation of its Munich office to a modern co-working space with a special kick-off event and an atmospheric office opening party. The new location provided the perfect backdrop for a versatile and inspiring program.

The day began with a joint breakfast and a hybrid Townhall Kick-Off session. While 80 guests participated on-site, around 400 joined via livestream as Accor’s management team reflected on the past year and shared goals for the year ahead.

The combination of personal interaction and digital inclusion created a motivating and unifying atmosphere.

The hybrid format also offered a clear sustainability benefit by eliminating the need for many guests to travel, helping reduce the event’s environmental footprint.

In the evening, the new office space transformed into an extraordinary event location for the office opening celebration. A decentralized bar and buffet setup encouraged guests to explore different areas of the building and network in a relaxed atmosphere.

Live music from a trio and a stunning hand-balancing performance provided artistic highlights, while a high-energy DJ set brought the evening to a vibrant close.

This event showed how modern workspaces and inspiring event formats can seamlessly come together – a fitting symbol for a new beginning.
